We are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join our growing team!

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Senior Workday Analyst, you’ll support integrations, functional work, and application management within Workday, collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless operations. This role supports a global workforce, requiring flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

A Day in the Life

Integration & System Support

    • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other business applications using Workday Studio, APIs, and Reporting Services.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
    • Provide remote support and guidance to end users across multiple regions.

Data Quality & Auditing

    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through audits and proactive monitoring.
    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, implementing best practices for data hygiene.
    • Maintain reporting accuracy and enhance audit processes.

General Workday Support

    • Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely assistance to internal users worldwide.
    • Perform system maintenance and operational tasks.
    • Analyze root causes of system issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Adapt to flexible work hours to support global teams and critical business needs.

Reporting & Analytics

      • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
      • Format and present data in clear, actionable formats.
      • Identify reporting inefficiencies and improve audit processes.

  • Experience
  • 4+ years of Workday experience, with at least 2 years in integration support.
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, system dependencies, and data flows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support a global workforce.
