Overview

We are seeking a Operations Analyst to join our growing team!

 

Position Overview

 

The Operations Analyst is responsible for creating, assisting, and helping to manage the reporting & tools within the R&D organization. The Operations Analyst role will work with cross-functional teams to help execute reports, analyze R&D metrics, identify trends, and communicate performance objectives. In addition, the Operations Analyst will assist in managing internal systems used by the R&D teams.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

In this role candidate will

  • Execute and maintain various manual & automated reports.
  • Build and maintain reporting to support business initiatives.
  • Transform data into actionable business insights for R&D leadership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, aligning on key performance indicators, and measured performance.
  • Translating business requirements into reporting needs.
  • Assist with documentation of internal systems and SDLC policies.
  • Assisting with management of internal systems and tools.

We would love to chat if you have...

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an R&D or software development environment.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Jira, including custom report creation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with Jellyfish or similar tools for engineering and team performance analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage

Preferred Education:

BE/B. S/Masters. or higher in Computer Science/Data Science / field preferred or equivalent industry experience
